To access your gym calendar on DailyDumbbell, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Profile: Go to your profile section within the app.
- My Subscriptions: Select "My Subscriptions" from the menu options.
- Gym Subscription: Choose your gym subscription to view details.
Gym Calendar Details
Your gym calendar provides essential information about your gym visits and missed days:
- Number of Visits: Track the number of days you've visited the gym, with a maximum of 2 visits per day.
- Visit Duration: Each gym visit is valid for 3 hours. Another visit within this timeframe won't be counted.
- Missed Days: If you've missed a gym day, it will be marked on the calendar.
- Grace Days: Unlock the feature of grace days for additional missed days within the limit specified in your subscription.
