QR Scan Issues

To successfully scan QR codes for attendance, ensure geolocation services are enabled on your device and for the app.

Enabling Geolocation Services on iOS

1. Open Settings: Tap Settings.
2. Privacy: Tap Privacy.
3. Location Services: Tap Location Services and switch it on.
4. App Permissions: Scroll to the gym app, tap it, and select While Using the App or Always.

Enabling Geolocation Services on Android

1. Open Settings: Tap Settings.
2. Location: Tap Location and switch it on.
3. App Permissions: Tap App Permissions, find the gym app, and select Allow only while using the app or Allow all the time.
